Data deletion

How to delete your Arcadia Engine account and the data linked to it, including the social accounts you connected for publishing.

  1. 1. Delete your Arcadia account

    Sign in on getarcadiaengine.com and open Dashboard › Account. If you have a subscription, cancel it first under Subscription › Manage. Then use « Delete account » at the bottom of the page: your account and profile are deleted at once, and the styles and projects you saved in the cloud and your community activity within 30 days.

    You can also write to support@getarcadiaengine.com from the e-mail address of your account, or by post to Arnaud Botton, 139 rue Bugeaud, 69006 Lyon, France: we delete everything within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

  2. 2. Disconnect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube

    Connected accounts are stored on your own computer, in the Arcadia Engine app, never on our servers. In the app, open Publishing, open the brand, then remove the account (or the whole brand): its access token is deleted from your computer at once.

    • Facebook and Instagram: you can also remove Arcadia Engine in Facebook › Settings › Apps and websites.
    • TikTok: TikTok › Settings › Security › Apps and services, then remove Arcadia Engine.
    • Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/connections, then remove Arcadia Engine.

  3. 3. What we keep

    Only what the law requires: invoices and payment records, kept for the legal accounting period. Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps its own records.
