Privacy policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Arcadia collects, why, and what you can do about it.

  1. 1. Who is responsible

[Company name], [address], is the controller of your personal data. Contact: [privacy e-mail].

  2. 2. What we collect

    • Account: your e-mail address, your name and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture.
    • Subscription: its status and your billing history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
    • Your content: your projects, scripts, chats with Claude in Arcadia, renders and videos.
    • Publishing: the accounts you connect (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and the stats of your posts.
    • Technical data: logs, IP address and browser type, kept for security and to fix problems.
  3. 3. What we never collect

Your Claude password and your Claude tokens. You sign in to Claude inside Claude Code, on Anthropic’s own page, and Arcadia does not read, copy or store those credentials.

  4. 4. Why we use it

    • To provide the service you signed up for: your account, your workspace, rendering, storage and publishing (performance of the contract).
    • To bill you and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
    • To keep Arcadia secure, prevent abuse and fix bugs (legitimate interest).
    • To send you service e-mails, such as sign-in links and important changes (performance of the contract). We send news only if you agree, and you can stop at any time.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your videos to train AI models.

  5. 5. Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run Arcadia for us, under contracts that protect your data:

    • Supabase (accounts and database)
    • Cloudflare (file storage)
    • [Hosting provider] (website and workspaces)
    • [Payment provider] (payments)
    • [E-mail provider] (sign-in and service e-mails)
    • Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google

Your Claude workspace talks directly to Anthropic under your own agreement with them. When you publish, the video goes to the platforms you chose.

  6. 6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

  7. 7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and your content while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete them within 30 days, except billing records, which the law requires us to keep for 10 years, and security logs, kept for 12 months.

  8. 8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to some uses, or ask us to limit them. You can delete your account yourself in Plan and account. For anything else, write to [privacy e-mail]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

  9. 9. Cookies

Arcadia uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add audience measurement one day, we will ask for your consent first.

  10. 10. Security

Each workspace is isolated from the others, data is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it.

  11. 11. Changes

We will tell you by e-mail or in the app before any important change to this policy.
